Our Realtor Service side of the business specializes
in repairs which increase the marketability of your home for maximum
sell value.
We provide remodeling within Butts, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette,
Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spaulding,
South Fulton, Troup, and
Upson counties.
We have streamlined the company to provide cost
effective bathroom remodeling. We have no showroom or a full
time salesman and do not accept credit cards which reduce our
overall costs and pass these savings to the consumer.

Golden Hammer is a division of Sheriff Construction founded in 1954
by Odell Sheriff, a third generation master trim/finish carpenter
and general contractor.
